Welcome to The Shore House. By accessing our website (www.stayshorehouse.com) or making a reservation at our property at 1600 Ocean Avenue, North Wildwood, NJ 08260, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservations & Payment

All reservations are subject to availability. By making a reservation, you agree to the following:

• Deposit: 100% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
• Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
• Modifications: Changes to existing reservations must be requested at least 30 days in advance and are subject to availability.
• Rates: All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 4:00 PM. Online check-in is available.
• Check-out: 11:00 AM.
• Minimum age: Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book and check in.
• A valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for booking are required at check-in.

3. Property Rules

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we ask that you observe the following:

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Smoking is prohibited in all rooms, residences, and indoor common areas.
• Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area.
• Guests are responsible for the behavior of all members of their party.
• Damage to property will be charged to the credit card on file.
• The Shore House reserves the right to terminate a reservation and require guests to vacate for violation of property rules.

4. Pet Policy

• The Shore House is pet-friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs per room/residence.
• A pet fee may apply. Please contact us for current pet fee information.
• Pets must be supervised at all times and are not permitted in the pool area.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
• Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest's credit card on file.

5. Parking

One designated parking space is included per unit. Oversized vehicles or trailers may not be accommodated. The Shore House is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents while parked on property.

6. Liability

• The Shore House is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Guests use the pool, courtyard, beach gear, bicycles, and other amenities at their own risk.
• The Shore House's total liability for any claim arising from your stay shall not exceed the total amount paid for your reservation.

7. Website Use

The content on this website is for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep information accurate and up-to-date, we make no guarantees about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the content. Room images are representative and actual rooms may vary slightly.

8. Intellectual Property
